Few associate coffee with a lush, fruity character, but Fira is undeniable evidence that the carefully roasted seeds of the coffee cherry carry all the intrigue of a fine wine.
Our lightest roast profile has been designed to allow this coffee’s intrinsic qualities to shine. Fira is perfect in manual filter formats. Try it in espresso and let it take you into new and exciting flavor territory.
SUGGESTED RECIPE: Paper filter pour-over: 20g coarse ground Fira / 320g filtered water (95°C) / 2 minutes 40 seconds – 3 minutes 30 seconds.
