Green Rooibos is the unfermented form of Rooibos tea, resulting in a higher concentration of polyphenols compared to traditional fermented Rooibos. It generally exhibits greater antioxidant potential than regular Rooibos tea. The flavour profile of Green Rooibos is fresh and bright, reminiscent of green tea, but noticeably lighter on the palate.
