Tamu, meaning ‘sweet’ in Swahili, is a word that not only reflects our roaster’s intent for this bean, but is also a signature characteristic of many of Kenya’s best coffees. The lingering red berry and black currant notes of our Tamu Single Origin will leave you yearning for more.

This coffee is roasted with an extended development and low drop temperature to show off its characteristic sweetness. Tamu is both approachable and intriguing – whether in a filter brew, French press or a cappuccino.
